My name is Carol. I’m a Sr. Account Manager by day, and a crafter and blogger by night. My husband, Giusseppe, is the Head Brewer at a local brewery, and chef extraordinaire any time he’s in our kitchen (I’m quite the lucky gal!). He’s also launching his own cooking guide – so stay tuned for that ;).

Mainly, this blog will follow our life together as a 2-person family unit and my journey as a plus-size woman as I lose weight before pregnancy. I will walk you through my experience, my research, and must-reads!
