OF LOVE AND LOSS
One of my favorite childhood stories, as told by my Mom, is of when I was 4 years old and she and dad were dating. I “sat him down” for a talk when he came over to visit me (the excuse to come see her – what I believe is the cutest thing ever). IF I CAN LOSE, SO CAN YOU
Mid-February 2018, I embarked in a personal journey to redefine my lifestyle and the eating/drinking habits that go with it. Since then, the program I signed up for in which I learned how to live and handle my relationship with food, I lost 30.8lbs (I could barely believe it myself!).
